We offer a comprehensive support services in a virtual environment and can work on a project-by-project basis or as a contracted resource. Our knowledge and experience allows us to be highly efficient and effective at any task that we take on.  We love short and long-term projects and can take on requests with short notices, guarantee deadlines while maintaining superior service.

Legal Support Services

We provide legal support services which includes creating pleading documents for submission for local, state and federal judicial systems (including expertise in filing strict formats for New York, California, Washington, Minnesota state courts), creating initial discovery requests for response, bates labeling documents, hyperlinking legal briefs, creating Table of Authorities, transcribing audio files, recreating documents for revisions, document management systems, uploading and categorizing discovery documents for review, and proofreading documents.

Desktop Publishing

We provide desktop publishing support services that include creating firm document templates, creating firm branding, creating and adhering documents to marketing standards, creating digital and book/manual formatting, creating fliers, charts, graphs and presentations.

Software Testing & Development

EVA can assist you in the full life cycle of your software development projects.   We can assist with the planning stages to the final maintenance stages and everything in between.  Some of our projects have included:  managing standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness; reviewing software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness; preparing system data for system conversions or upgrades; testing system modifications to prepare for implementation, coordinating and managing user or third-party testing, including UAT; managing the tracking of software defects, working with developers/vendors to resolve issues, monitoring bug resolution efforts, and tracking successes; and serving as application owner and subject matter expert (SME).

Transcription Services

We provide transcription services for legal and audio/visual services.  Our experts are well-trained, experienced, and have the necessary resources to provide the most accurate transcripts.

Administrative Assistant

Our experts are well versed with everything related to administrative support including e-mail organization, Customer Relationship Management, meeting and appointment scheduling, planning, preparation, document editing and creation, research and information gathering, making recommendations, building systems and processes for efficiency, maintaining document/file system organization, making travel arrangements (hotel, flight, rental car, etc.), ordering supplies and materials.

Notary Services

We provide notary services for the State of Minnesota and will provide notary services anywhere in the State of Minnesota.  We speak Hmong and English and are experienced in providing notary services in the legal industry.  

We have back end administration and expertise in the following legal softwares

We are Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint Experts and have access to Adobe Creative Cloud and G-Suite applications
